When I started pursuing photography as a career, I never would have predicted that I would become a wedding photographer. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to work with an amazing wedding photographer while I was a student, because I learned that I love photographing weddings more than anything else! I love working with awesome couples, I love that no two weddings are the same, and I love being able to share special moments with amazing families!
I strongly believe that wedding photography should be about the wedding day, and not the other way around. I don’t want the photography to interfere with the natural and organic progression of your big day in any way. That is why I do my best not to be noticed (I’ve been told by guests on numerous occasions that I am “sneaky,”), let the day happen as its happening without influencing it, and focus on providing you with a complete photographic story of your wedding day.
On the day of the wedding, it’s my priority to make sure that you are relaxed and having fun. I capture everything from the big moments of the ceremony to the quiet moments of the reception, and focus on all of the little things that you might miss. I love for each wedding I photograph to have a unique aesthetic and to reflect the personalities of the couple and wedding day. In other words, I want your photos to look like you!
My ultimate goal is for you to smile and laugh when you receive your photos.
I offer two different types of wedding coverage. The A La Carte option allows you to choose how many hours of coverage you would like. These packages include a second shooter, online proofing and print ordering, and digital negatives delivered to you on DVD. The Packages, which build upon the A La Carte coverage, include an album, engagement session and printed proof magazine. I also offer fun things like Save the Date Cards, Guest Books, Parent Albums, Gift Certificates, and all sorts of other goodies.
